Signal collection (SIGINT) hardware can produce a great deal of useful data, but data alone is not intelligence. When receivers, SDRs, digitizers, DF systems, and wideband recorders each require separate COMINT software and processes, your team can lose time moving between systems instead of assessing signals.

We built our SIGINT software suites to help bring those workflows together. Krypto500 and Krypto1000 provide a unified foundation for live and file-based work, helping you move from collection through classification, analysis, decoding, parsing, and broader communications assessment with greater continuity.

Build a Flexible COMINT Software and Hardware Foundation

Your collection architecture should reflect your mission, not the limitations of one receiver or one software package. Our Krypto500 and Krypto1000 suites support a range of hardware, including SDRs, conventional receivers, digitizers, direction-finding systems, wideband recorders, and other collection platforms.

That compatibility gives you room to make better use of equipment already in service while planning for future expansion. Rather than replacing hardware simply to fit a disconnected workflow, you can align compatible collection assets with a common SIGINT software environment.

The two suites also support different operational frequency requirements:

  • Krypto500 supports operations from ELF through HF

  • Krypto1000 supports operations from VHF through SHF

  • Krypto1000 also supports satellite-related monitoring needs

  • Both suites support broader COMINT, SIGINT, electronic warfare, and radio-monitoring workflows

This approach lets you choose hardware based on what it does best. A mobile system may be selected for deployment needs, a DF system for locating activity, or a wideband recorder for preserving a larger portion of the spectrum. Our software helps maintain a more consistent process across those collection choices.

Preserve Intelligence From Live Collection to Offline Review

Live monitoring often demands immediate attention. Signals can appear briefly, shift frequency, or become relevant only when operating conditions change. During online work, our Krypto suites support collection, observation, classification, analysis, demodulation, and decoding as signals are received.

Not every answer appears during the first intercept. Wideband recordings, captured IQ data, and archived signal files can hold emissions that were not recognized in real time. Offline review gives your analysts time to revisit material with refined search criteria, updated classifiers, or a different operational question in mind.

A consistent software environment helps preserve the context surrounding a signal, including:

  • Time and frequency information

  • Recording and collection details

  • Signal characteristics and classification findings

  • Analyst observations developed during review

That continuity matters when you need to compare activity over time. It also supports validation of earlier assessments and makes it less likely that a meaningful emission is overlooked because it occurred outside an immediate monitoring window. Live collection and archive analysis should support one another, not operate as separate intelligence tasks.

Convert Signals Into Defensible Intelligence

A signal display is only the beginning. To produce useful intelligence, analysts need a clear path from an unidentified transmission to information that can be assessed, documented, and reported. Our SIGINT software supports the full process, beginning with collection and precision classification, then continuing through analysis, demodulation, decoding, and parsing.

Precision classification helps your team focus attention where it belongs. In a busy collection environment, many simultaneous emissions may compete for analyst time. Identifying communication types and distinguishing between similar waveforms can help analysts prioritize higher-interest traffic while reducing time spent on less relevant signals.

Each stage adds another layer of context. Analysis examines the signal’s technical features. Demodulation recovers the transmitted content. Decoding and parsing can organize that content into forms that are more useful for review. Instead of treating those steps as isolated functions, we support a connected workflow that carries findings forward.

The result is a more repeatable analytical process. Signal characteristics, decoded material, protocol elements, and observed relationships can be reviewed together. That provides a stronger basis for technical assessments, operational reporting, and the longer-term development of communications intelligence.

Reveal Identities, Networks, and Key Material

Some of the most useful findings emerge when analysts can connect separate intercepts. Krypto500 RadioID supports radio fingerprinting, helping distinguish individual transmitters or devices by characteristics beyond basic frequency and modulation. This can support emitter tracking, device-level correlation, and recognition of recurring communications assets.

Parsed communications data can also show relationships among users, systems, devices, and communication paths. Network diagramming helps turn individual intercepts into a clearer view of activity patterns and network behavior. Rather than reviewing each signal in isolation, you can assess how communications elements may relate to one another over time.

Where lawful authority and mission requirements permit, Krypto100 KeyFinder supports key-related analysis and decryption work. That capability belongs within a broader intelligence process, not apart from it. Collection context, classification results, decoding, parsing, and network analysis all help analysts interpret protected communications appropriately once access is authorized.

By combining fingerprinting, relationship analysis, and authorized key-related work with earlier processing stages, your team can develop a fuller picture of the communications environment. The objective is not simply to process more signals, but to understand which signals, devices, and relationships matter.

Prepare a Stronger Monitoring Workflow This Fall

Autumn readiness planning is a useful time to review how well your current monitoring workflow supports your operational requirements. Start with the hardware already in your inventory, then consider the signal ranges you need to cover, the demand for live monitoring, and the recordings your analysts may need to examine later.

Disconnected tools and narrow hardware compatibility can limit intelligence output even when collection assets are capable. A flexible SIGINT software foundation helps bring receivers, SDRs, digitizers, DF systems, and recording platforms into a more coherent process.

Before updating coverage plans, identify where signal context is lost between collection and analysis, where archived material is difficult to revisit, and where analysts must move between separate workflows. Those gaps can guide a more deliberate integration approach for the season ahead.
